Since February 19th 2019, the Barcelona – Bettembourg line connects Spain to Luxembourg and Northern Europe.
Thanks to the Barcelona multimodal terminal (Can Tunis) P400 trailers and containers are transfered to rail. It is the first rail motorway in Spain.
This service arrives to its destination in less than 22 hours and save approx. 1 ton of CO2 per transported unit.
